Chris MacGregor is a product design and user experience executive with more than twenty-five years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives, building high-performing design organizations, and creating intuitive experiences that connect customer needs with business outcomes. Throughout his career, he has helped shape enterprise software, mobile applications, design systems, and emerging technologies, while mentoring teams and championing innovation. He also serves his local community as an elected Commissioner for the Hoffman Estates Park District in Illinois.

Chris's passion for James Bond began at the age of eight when his father took him to see Moonraker in theaters. Two weeks later, he watched The Spy Who Loved Me on television and was instantly captivated, beginning a lifelong fascination with the world of 007. By the age of twelve, he had read all of Ian Fleming's novels and eagerly sought out every Bond book, magazine, and collectible he could find.

During the 1990s, Chris wrote and published The OOForum, a James Bond fanzine dedicated to celebrating Bond history, fandom, and collecting. He was also an active participant in the Usenet community alt.fan.jamesbond and maintained memberships in both the American and British James Bond fan clubs.

For the past fifteen years, Chris has been a proud volunteer with the Ian Fleming Foundation, contributing to projects ranging from vehicle restoration and preservation efforts to website improvements and even cooking meals during work weekends. He is honored to join the Foundation's Board of Directors and looks forward to helping guide the organization toward an exciting and sustainable future while preserving the legacy of James Bond for generations of fans to come.
